Time Limit
All returns must be made within 5 days. We cannot accept returns on products after 20 days.
Defectives
We accept returns on defective products. You must indicate the nature of the defect. We hold the right to replace defectives with the same or alternative items.
How to Return an Item

Check our return policy to determine whether or not the item is returnable.

Make a copy of your invoice.

Write the reason for the return on the copy of the invoice. For defective returns you must indicate the nature of the defect.

Indicate the response you expect from us; replacement, refund, credit to account etc. on the invoice copy.

Place the invoice copy, merchandise, including original packaging and ALL contents, in a sturdy, safe, secure container, in such a way as to avoid damage to merchandise.

Ship package by insured mail.
All policies subject to change at any time without direct notice. Effective changes will be posted on this web site.
Shipping Address
In order for your order to be completed your shipping address and credit card billing address must match exactly. If addresses do not match we cannot ship items unless we have written approval which includes copies of front and back of credit card plus sample signature.
Overseas orders
All overseas orders must be paid for by Bank Draft, Postal Order or VISA.
