All our programs are custom built, existing programs can be modified to suit your needs or a completely new program can be built for you. Unless otherwise specified, these programs were developed using Microsoft Access 2000, and require this software to be installed, in order to work. Demos are fully functional, except for the reporting facilities.

Ever planned to clear up and organise your collection of books, magazines, music CDs, comics, and whatever met your fancy. Well, with this simple easy to use database, you can keep track of your belongings, keep notes about how you obtained them and where you keep them. You can also include a picture or photo for easier browsing. ( downloads)

Design Notes: I can already hear you saying, but there are hundreds of other software to do just this, some of them even specialising on one particular hobby.Well you are right, but very few of them are as customisable as this. The current version is the result of multiple iterations, which were carried out in order to accomodate a growing range of diverse items. People are using it to store information about their general belongings, tools, collections, assets and just about everything. Personally, I find it very useful when I need to remember where I left something I put away for a long time.

 

Tooltake Ver 1.02 (104Kb)

This is a tool tracking and inventory system for businesses, employing two or more individuals. It was originally developed for use within a medium sized motor garage, but with a little customisation, the applications are quite varied.( downloads)

Design Notes: From design concept to actual implementation, this project involved six A4 pages of notes, a number of discussion meetings and two iterations. Existing clients are provided with lifetime support, and a per hour payment basis applies.
