Feel free to download and try them free of charge. If you need a custom database system to manage your personal or business data, you can find something useful within the database archive. If you are more inclined towards leisure, there is a small collection of game creations we were involved in as well.

Quotes Screen Saver

Many screen savers quickly lose their novelty and appeal, and users ignore them or have replaced them altogether. This will not happen with this screen saver. It is highly customisable, and can be changed to suit your mood and preferences. It can also be used as a great promotional tool.

Presentation Timer

Small, unobtrusive, timing applet for presentations, talks and other activities requiring a count down function. Key in the number of minutes allocated and it will run a count down, with warnings upon reaching the 5, 3 and 1 minute milestones.

CommonSense - Quotes Referential Archive

There are many quotation archives available on the Web. There are also many software applications ranging from quote-of-the-day to vast archives with powerful search facilities. Itried most of them and although many boast huge collections of quotes, unfortunately, the majority tend to be meaningless and uninteresting. It was for this reason that I started compiling my own quotations archive.

All entries in the Commonsense quotations archive are sure to make you think, reconsider, smile, grin or laugh. It is not just my opinion, check out the guestbook to review the users' feedback.
Browse or search famous quotations, literature exerpts, poetry and one liners. Use the intuitive graphical frontend, with customisable font settings. The Commonsense software, can also be set to bring up a random quotation upon startup.
The unregistered version features 24 different quotations. The registered version gives referential access to more than 5000 entries. These quotations were not dumped from books, but were selected based on their wittiness, humour and efficacy in delivering their message.

Quote Of The Day (QOTD)

Since I enjoy collecting famous quotations, at one time I had many different QOTD or Quote Of The Day applications running on my home computer. Darequote (www.daremore.com), QOTDPOP, and Michael Donovan's cool fortune cookie software are still amongst the best.

Each of these has its own useful features, but each of them fell short of what I wanted. It was for this reason, that I decided to clear the desktop from these many programs and create my own QOTD application, which would work with my own quotes collection.

I included all the best features found in similar applications without any of the nagging overheads which hog your computer and slow down your work.

It can be set to display quotes every 10, 30, 60 minutes or just once daily, upon loading the program. It can be set to play a jingle when quotes are displayed.
It is unobtrusive and will not distract you from your work. Once it comes up on screen, you can easily get it out of the way by clicking on its window with the mouse, or by pressing any key.
Features like copying quotes to the clipboard or emailing them to friends are just two clicks away.
If you wish the quotations source file to include your own quotations, promotional messages or arbitrary information it can also be arranged.

ISpeak - Your Personal Communications Centre

Amongst my friends are a number of persons who have a speech impairment, as a result of which, they find it hard to communicate their views and ideas verbally. The fact that a person cannot communicate as easily as others can, does not mean that he or she has less to contribute. Our research has shown that that there exist some excellent software which can assist in such cases. Very often however, these are either overly complicated to use or too simplistic in their approach.

After a number of months on this project, I can share the results with you all. If you or someone you know, can benefit from this software please tell us about it. Please forward your suggestions so that we may improve this software together. [ Downloads]
